Senior C Engineer

Senior Oracle C Engineer required to join a large-scale application modernisation programme, supporting Legacy system remediation, database migration, and Back End service improvements.

Key Deliverables:

• Lead development and enhancement of Back End applications using C
• Support Legacy system modernisation and database migration activities
• Deliver application remediation, performance improvements, and defect resolution
• Lead testing, release readiness, and deployment activities
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices

• Strong commercial experience with C and Legacy application support
• Experience with application modernisation and database migrations
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, VB6, Tuxedo, or AWS desirable
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimisation skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership experience
