Founding Software Engineer (Python) required to build, scale, and own the technical foundation of a well backed, early stage AI start up from day one. This is a rare opportunity for a strong Python Software Engineer to join the ground floor, working directly with the founders to define the architecture, ship core systems, and shape the long term technical vision of the company. You'll have genuine ownership, influence key technical decisions, and play a central role in taking the product from early traction through to scale.
About you
- 5+ years of professional Software Development experience
- Expert in Python
- End to end ownership of features and systems, from design through to production
- Comfortable working across the stack, including frontend development with TypeScript and React
- Thrive in early stage fast paced environments
- High ownership mindset with strong problem solving skills
