Business Development Director - Experiential Agency (Arts & Culture)

Our agency specializes in live events, performance and experiential marketing for renowned clients including Pernod Ricard, EY and MontBlanc.

We are seeking experienced business developers with a passion for the arts, who can bring a consultative approach to targeting potential clients.

• Target potential clients with a consultative approach and develop business development strategy.
• Create marketing collateral, manage content calendar and produce compelling marketing materials such as case studies, thought leadership pieces, social media content, industry reports and press releases.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets to secure coverage.

• Proven experience as a business developer in experiential, events and creative industries.
• Strategic commercial thinker with a strong track record of driving business growth.

• Salary up to £60k (DOE) plus significant earning potential for high performers and generous annual bonus based on business generated.
• Beautiful offices in West London, with three office days per week.
