Lead Service Management
Salary: Up to £65,000 + benefits
Location: London Victoria (2 days per week onsite)
Security Clearance: Must be eligible for SC Clearance
We are seeking a Service Management Lead to join a growing technology consultancy delivering complex digital, cloud, and integration services across enterprise environments.
This role will lead service delivery and security operations, ensuring high levels of performance, governance, and customer satisfaction across critical systems and services. You will manage and support technical teams, oversee incident and change management processes, and act as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.
