Modern SAP ABAP Developer (Hybrid/Modernisation Focus) Fully Remote

We're looking to speak with experienced SAP ABAP Developers who are evolving beyond traditional ABAP delivery into more modern development and integration environments.

This is ideal for an ABAP developer who wants to move away from purely traditional SAP support work and become part of a more modern engineering environment - bridging SAP with broader enterprise technologies.

This is a fully remote role (UK-based) with quarterly in-person meet ups.

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on SAP ABAP development experience (essential)

• Exposure to SAP project life cycles

• Good communication skills with business-facing experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Basic understanding of SQL and data structures

• Exposure to modern development/Scripting tools such as:

  • .NET/C#

  • Python

  • JavaScript

Nice to have:

• Exposure to SAP integration, APIs, or service-based architecture

• Experience working with data or analytics-driven projects

• Familiarity with modernisation initiatives within SAP landscapes
