IT Field Technician
£25,000 - £32,000 plus excellent benefits. Based at our sites across the South, you will support technology for our students and staff across our high rated special education and care provider.
As an IT Field Technician you will:
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot technology in offices, classrooms and homes.
- Provide daily technical support and expert advice to end users.
- Travel to sites across the region - a valid driving licence is required.
- Diagnose problems and resolve issues promptly to keep systems running smoothly.
Key qualifications and experience you should possess:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting iPads, preferably in an educational environment.
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driving licence.
