To support our continued growth, Connect Appointments is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Business Development Manager. Working from our Grangemouth office, you will partner with the sales team to win new business and expand our client base across the country.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Business-to-Business (B2B) sales and acquire direct clients
  • Nurture existing client relationships and business partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to boost revenue and engagement
  • Conduct targeted outbound sales calls
  • Maintain an up-to-date contact database
  • Follow up with clients and generate leads
  • Represent Connect Appointments in client meetings and events
Qualifications and Skills
  • Be self motivated, organised, and goal oriented
  • Have the ability to adapt, analyse data critically, and provide valuable insights
  • Have a strong work ethic and the ability to connect with people
  • Previous telesales experience is preferred

Please Note - To be successful in this sales position you must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
