Are you an experienced Architectural Technician looking for a role where your drawings genuinely drive construction delivery, not just production output?
This is an opportunity to join a specialist modular construction consultancy delivering permanent modular buildings across public sector projects nationwide.
Working within a small, technically-led team, you will take ownership of drawing packages from concept through to construction issue. This is not a production CAD role. It is a technically accountable position where your coordination decisions directly influence programme, compliance and buildability.
The business operates as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor under CDM regulations and delivers Design & Build modular schemes across education, healthcare, social housing and commercial sectors.
