Job Title

Operational Technical Project Manager - Cingularity, a division of IMG Studios.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead project management from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage service delivery of customer solutions, including engagement with suppliers, logistics, procurement, pricing, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate telecommunication connectivity from order to handoff for events.
  • Negotiate with suppliers, obtain quotations, manage invoicing, and control costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to deliver internal and external projects.
  • Identify and report potential project risks, including capacity, resources, and external factors.
  • Monitor project progress, evaluate quality, resolve issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Develop and improve operational processes and workflows for remote production.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Project Management or Service Delivery within telecommunications or sports broadcast environments.
  • Proficient in Office 365 or G Suite, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Knowledge of broadcast workflows, including satellite and broadcast operators.
  • Familiarity with modern project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Monday, Wrike, Asana).
  • Understanding of telecommunications products and technologies (e.g., wavelength, dark fibre, managed Ethernet).
  • Strong technical and non technical documentation skills (project scoping, executive summaries, status reports).
  • PRINCE2 qualification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and oral skills.
  • Customer centric mindset with a proven record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Detailed oriented, analytical, problem solving, and proactive in risk mitigation.
  • Self motivated, organized, with flexibility for start up challenges.
