Title of Job: Business Development Executive (Sales)

Location: On-site in London, UK

Pay: £25,000 to £30,000 a year, plus a bonus based on performance

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process for training and placement services to clients in the UK, from finding leads to closing deals.
  • Find and connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and provide strong pitches and consultations.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and suggest the best training and hiring solutions.
  • Work during UK business hours while maintaining high standards of communication and client involvement.
  • Use CRM or sales tracking software to handle sales pipelines, make predictions, and write reports.
  • With a target driven approach, reach sales KPIs, revenue goals, and performance measures.
  • Work with other teams inside the company to ensure deliveries go smoothly, clients are happy, and placements are successful.
  • Be in charge of creating unique sales concepts, running campaigns, and implementing these ideas.
