• Work with internal product, data, and engineering teams to design and deliver AI driven capabilities within the Acturis platform, translating business problems into scalable system solutions that enhance the experience for all users
• Configure and implement intelligent automation, including decision rules, workflow optimisation, and the integration of machine learning models and LLM powered functionality into platform journeys
• Analyse performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve data and AI features, ensuring automation, predictive insights, and smart assistance tools deliver consistent value across the full customer base

• A transparent progression structure with structured targets, termly feedback, and annual performance reviews.
• Early responsibility on client facing and technical projects, with opportunities to influence solution design and delivery.
• Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development, and access to industry recognised training, with the opportunity to mentor junior team members.

• Have experience or strong interest in data, AI, or automation, ideally with exposure to tools or languages such as Python or SQL
• Are curious about applying machine learning and LLM driven solutions to real world problems, with insurance experience or knowledge a strong advantage
• Enjoy combining analytical thinking with hands on problem solving and can communicate complex ideas clearly to a range of stakeholders
