Main duties of the job
- Support all aspects of administration, including organising meetings, workshops, and minute taking.
- Coordinate diaries and schedules for service managers.
- Assist with project coordination tasks such as preparing briefing documents and tracking deliverables.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and manage confidential information.
- Proactively identify and prioritise administrative tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Person specification Qualifications
- NVQ Level 4 in Customer Care or Business Administration - or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development.
Knowledge
- Awareness of issues in the Mental Health Network.
- Intermediate knowledge of a range of administrative procedures and practice.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Secretary/Administrator including diary management.
- Previous experience working in a fast-moving, confidential, sensitive, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience supporting and minute taking meetings.
Skills
- Takes a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
