Job Description

Overview

Music wouldn't exist without the work of songwriters, composers, and publishers. We're here to represent them and make sure that they are paid for their work. After more than a century in the industry, we continue to innovate as a world-leading organisation.

The Role

Join PRS as a Business Change Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. In this 12-month FTC role, you will work on a Salesforce transformation initiative, partnering with business change managers and working alongside project teams and stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, training, and adoption. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining structured change practice with practical delivery, influencing across teams, and helping colleagues transition confidently to new ways of working. We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Business Change Manager with strong people skills and experience of technical/system implementation, to support ongoing adoption of the complex, multifaceted business transformational change.

Our Transformation team is responsible for delivering our ambitious transformation portfolio. Our inclusive and customer-focused team places PRS values at the heart of everything we do, fostering strong relationships and a high degree of trust with our stakeholders to ensure we deliver change effectively.

Our transformation portfolio includes a wide range of initiatives involving systems, processes, and people change, focusing on ensuring that colleagues have the right information, tools, knowledge, and support to work in new ways. This may involve identifying opportunities for improvement, developing new processes and procedures, implementing new technologies or systems, and providing training and support to ensure that all stakeholders are prepared to adapt to the changes.

The ethos of our inclusive and customer-focused team prioritises respect, collaboration, empathy, flexibility, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality change.

Responsibilities

As our Business Change Manager, some of your day-to-day duties will include

  • Change Planning and Delivery - lead or support structured change planning and delivery for Salesforce and wider transformation initiatives, including impact assessment, risk and resistance management, readiness tracking, adoption monitoring, and reporting on outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communications - build stakeholder alignment by identifying impacted groups, developing targeted communications, facilitating engagement sessions and feedback loops, and collaborating closely with the Commercial Team and delivery teams to maintain buy-in throughout implementation.
  • Readiness, Training, and Adoption - assess business readiness, create and coordinate role-based training and support materials, provide go-live and hypercare support, and use user feedback and adoption metrics to improve embedding of new Salesforce-enabled ways of working.
  • Project and Programme Support - work alongside business change manager and collaborate with project managers, business analysts, subject matter experts, testing teams, and sponsors to align change activity with delivery plans, support implementation and benefits realisation, capture lessons learned, and embed change into business-as-usual operations.
