The Role
Join PRS as a Business Change Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. In this 12-month FTC role, you will work on a Salesforce transformation initiative, partnering with business change managers and working alongside project teams and stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, training, and adoption. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining structured change practice with practical delivery, influencing across teams, and helping colleagues transition confidently to new ways of working. We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Business Change Manager with strong people skills and experience of technical/system implementation, to support ongoing adoption of the complex, multifaceted business transformational change.

Our transformation portfolio includes a wide range of initiatives involving systems, processes, and people change, focusing on ensuring that colleagues have the right information, tools, knowledge, and support to work in new ways. This may involve identifying opportunities for improvement, developing new processes and procedures, implementing new technologies or systems, and providing training and support to ensure that all stakeholders are prepared to adapt to the changes.
