Customer Service Manager - Telecoms / VoIP
A well-funded and ambitious telecoms and digital services business is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and improve a busy customer support team.
You'll manage a team of 9 support executives handling VoIP, telecoms and customer service queries, bringing structure, accountability and stronger performance management into an already experienced team.
This role is less about being deeply technical and more about running an efficient, high-performing support function. You'll oversee KPIs, ticket volumes, escalations, SLAs and team output while helping introduce better processes, reporting and operational rigour.

This is an office-based role, Monday-Friday, with oversight of out-of-hours support operations.
