You will resolve technology issues, support workplace platforms, and ensure staff can work and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-line IT support.
  • Resolve incidents and service requests to SLA.
  • Support devices, software, and collaboration tools.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and user access.
Essential skills
  • Experience in IT or digital workplace support.
  • Strong troubleshooting across Windows and Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of IT service and asset management processes.
  • Understanding of device security and user access management.
