Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm
Our client, located in central London, is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing IT team. In this role, the 2 nd Line Support Engineer will act as a key escalation point for the 1st Line Support team, while also contributing to a variety of infrastructure and technical projects. They will become part of a collaborative, social and supportive environment that values initiative and accountability.
The successful candidate will take ownership of technical challenges, ensuring swift and effective resolutions. The 2 nd Line Support Engineer will also gain hands-on experience with a range of projects, including system migrations, deployments, rollouts and upgrades, offering great opportunities for professional development.
