Role OverviewCentral Services ensures the company operates smoothly and assists in working towards Enable's strategic direction. Supporting the various services that make up Enable, Central Services consists of small and high output teams including Human Resources, Marcomms, Operations and Finance. Together, these teams make up the foundation of our business, driving our mission and fostering growth and development.
Enable is a growing organisation that has prioritised data as an essential area of business. The recent introduction of HubSpot is central to this data driven strategy. We are looking for a motivated individual with Super Admin experience on HubSpot who can hit the ground running, and help facilitate the roll out of this new system. We are not accepting applications from candidates who do not have HubSpot experience.
Reporting to the Data & Systems Manager, the CRM & Data Specialist will be responsible for day to day administrative activities on the new HubSpot CRM system. They will work closely with the Marketing and Growth Teams. This person will have proven experience importing and managing data in HubSpot. They will be required to work independently with large volumes of data, and to quickly familiarise themselves with secondary databases to ensure CRM accuracy.
