Home Office Digital, Data and Technology builds and runs services at huge national scale, supporting millions of visa and passport applications each year, checks across border crossings, and critical policing systems. As a Performance Analyst, you'll help teams understand what's working, what isn't, and where to focus next, using evidence to drive continuous improvement across live digital services.
About the role
You'll be part of a supportive Performance Analysis team working with product managers, delivery teams and stakeholders to embed a continuous improvement approach into live services. This isn't about producing static reports, it's about using performance data to identify trends, spot opportunities, and help teams agree priorities that lead to meaningful change.
You'll help design dashboards and reports, bring together multiple data sources, and create clear analytical narratives that support decision-making. With guidance from more experienced analysts, you'll build confidence in the tools and techniques used across the Government Digital and Data profession, and you'll also contribute to the wider community, including mentoring and knowledge sharing.
