Work closely with the respective client coverage team to support clients throughout the full life cycle; ensuring that all clients' requirements are met. The position requires a strong understanding of the asset management business and an ability to execute on tasks and ensure key stakeholders are kept updated.Primary Responsibilities:Ownership of key client relationships within the region. Understand clients' investment objectives, assigned mandates and portfolio composition & strategy.Direct responsibility for ensuring all client reporting and servicing needs are delivered in accordance with client's requirements and our legal obligationsEnsure the timely onboarding of new accounts across our range of UCITS funds, Private fund vehicles and separate accountsAct as an internal advocate for the client; collaborating with senior internal stakeholdersMaintain ongoing dialog with our clients, ensuring all servicing needs are delivered upon;Demonstrated understanding of the servicing expectations, communication style, and market practices relevant for client baseUnderstanding of regulatory framework and requirementsLiaise and establish strong relationships with internal teams to ensure client servicing needs are metLead initiatives to enhance the client experience for clientsKey Requirements / Qualifications: (essential unless otherwise stated)7+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally handling Spanish speaking client baseBusiness-fluent Spanish and English required, Portuguese preferredUnderstanding of equity and fixed income strategies; knowledge of alternatives strategies is preferredExtensive experience in dealing with onboarding (Fund and Segregated accounts) and queriesAbility to communicate complex investment, operational, and servicing matters clearly and confidently to sophisticated institutional clients in Spanish and English.Partner effectively with Client Coverage, Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, and Reporting teams to deliver a seamless client experience.Team player and highly motivated.
