This director level position offers an exciting opportunity for an innovative and accomplished teacher with management experience to lead and manage the Additional Learning Support Department at BHASVIC, and to join a highly experienced and affiliative Curriculum and Quality Team (CQT) with responsibility for SEND and inclusion within the curriculum.

• Status: Permanent and full-time post, terms and conditions are the SFCA's National Joint Council (NJC) Teaching Staff Terms and Conditions of Service Handbook.
• Teaching: You will teach a minimum of 8 contact hours per week.
• Salary: £64,404 per annum to £67,946 per annum upon experience (based on Teacher Pay Scale at Leadership Grade 1, Spine points 4 to 6). NB: The annual pay rise for academic year 2026/7 is pending.
