Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours)

About the Role

As a Network Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering, supporting, and enhancing enterprise network services across LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Centre, and Cloud environments. You'll support projects, ensure performance and reliability, and contribute to secure, scalable network solutions.

What you'll do
  • Deliver secure, stable, and high performing network services
  • Support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of network solutions
  • Provide 3rd line support and complex troubleshooting
  • Contribute to network standards, documentation, and training
  • Support project delivery, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Regularly travel to other sites such as Skelmersdale, Wolverhampton
What you'll bring
  • Technical degree with CCNA (R&S); CCNP beneficial
  • Strong networking experience across LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless
  • Solid knowledge of network technologies (e.g. OSPF, BGP, SD WAN, QoS, MPLS, VPN/IPsec)
  • Experience with high availability and network resilience (e.g. HSRP, VRRP, LACP)
  • Understanding of network performance, troubleshooting, and packet analysis (e.g. Wireshark)
  • Exposure to network automation tools (e.g. Python, APIs, Ansible) is advantageous
  • Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments (desirable)
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Full UK Driving licence
