Collections Systems Analyst/Technical Business Analyst

Location: Farnborough (2 3 days onsite)

Rate: £475 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

We re supporting a leading global automotive organisation on a major transformation programme and are looking for a Technical Business Analyst/Systems Analyst to play a key role in a Collections platform replacement initiative.

This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute across the full life cycle of a large-scale system migration from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and go-live within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end system replacement activities across the Collections platform
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to capture and define requirements
• Contribute to data migration strategy, planning, and execution
• Analyse and document integrations, APIs, and end-to-end data flows
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to support solution delivery
• Support delivery across all phases of the project life cycle

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
• Proven track record delivering large-scale system replacement or transformation programmes within financial services environments
• Strong hands-on SQL skills with the ability to interrogate, analyse, and validate complex datasets
• Hands-on experience with SaaS implementations and data migration activities
• Strong understanding of systems integration and data architecture principles
• Experience working on collections, lending, or recoveries platforms is highly desirable
• Comfortable operating within fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
