Enterprise Automation Engineer - 80k CHF - Lugano - 6045
Responsibilities
- You will manage and maintain UC4 / Broadcom Automic batch automation platforms
- You will administer MFT platforms and secure transfer protocols including SFTP and HTTPS
- You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise batch processing and transfer performance
- You will manage automation and MFT related IT projects from planning to delivery
- You will coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- You will maintain security, encryption, and compliance controls aligned with PCI DSS and FINMA
Required Skills
- You MUST have an EU/UK passport
- You MUST speak fluent (C1+) Italian and English
- You have experience with UC4 / Broadcom Automic or other enterprise scheduling tools
- You have strong Linux and Windows administration knowledge
- You have knowledge of PGP, SSH, digital certificates, and secure file transfer technologies
- You have experience with automation tools such as Jenkins or Ansible, and managing IT projects
Desired Skills
- You speak German
- You have experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
- You have experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- You have strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
