Qualifications
  • A degree or equivalent experience, often in a STEM subject (though not essential).
  • Excellent critical thinking and investigative mindset.
  • Clear communication and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to break down problems, think through possible solutions and question assumptions.
  • Initiative and ownership - asking questions, experimenting, and taking responsibility as you learn.
What You'll Do
  • Take part in structured hands on training covering core engineering and testing skills.
  • Test working software as part of a team, applying what you've learned in a real world setting.
  • Be mentored by experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing.
  • Have the chance to earn industry standard certifications.
  • Progress to client work, building confidence and taking on larger challenges over time.
  • Work on a variety of projects including testing interactive web and mobile applications, assessing agentic AI solutions, delving into performance and resilience, and championing accessibility.
