Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent experience, often in a STEM subject (though not essential).
- Excellent critical thinking and investigative mindset.
- Clear communication and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to break down problems, think through possible solutions and question assumptions.
- Initiative and ownership - asking questions, experimenting, and taking responsibility as you learn.

- Take part in structured hands on training covering core engineering and testing skills.
- Test working software as part of a team, applying what you've learned in a real world setting.
- Be mentored by experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing.
- Have the chance to earn industry standard certifications.
- Progress to client work, building confidence and taking on larger challenges over time.
- Work on a variety of projects including testing interactive web and mobile applications, assessing agentic AI solutions, delving into performance and resilience, and championing accessibility.
