Lead the functional delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, taking accountability for solution quality and successful outcomes. Own end to end solution design across Finance and Supply Chain Management, ensuring alignment with client requirements and long term platform capability. Engage directly with clients to lead requirements gathering, process design, and solution definition activities. Provide functional leadership and direction to consultants and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure business processes are aligned with Business Central capabilities, industry best practice, and agreed implementation standards. Contribute to delivery governance, supporting solution reviews, risk management, and quality assurance. Act as a key point of functional escalation, resolving complex design decisions and guiding teams through delivery challenges. Is there a match? Business Central solutions are designed pragmatically and implemented to a high standard, with strong adoption and minimal rework. Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple implementations. Solid understanding of Finance and Supply Chain Management processes within an ERP context. Proven experience leading ERP delivery engagements, either as a functional lead, solution lead, or senior consultant. Strong end to end process design capability, from requirements through to implemented solution. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging clients at all levels.
