You will support on various projects, producing and updating service support readiness plans. You will play a key role in influencing the commercial offering, optimising whole life costs. You will model and plan ILS work packages of varying sizes, leading small project teams of varying disciplines.Ensure we offer complete support and service solutions to our customers in the aftermarketWork with program teams to provide all elements for a successful entry into service and ongoing support for new productsProduce and update service support readiness plans, conducting ILS analysis including maintainability assessments and Turn Around Time (TAT) analysisEnsure continued profitability from the parts and services that we provide to our customer basePlan ILS work packages of various sizes and manage them to completionLiaise with various key stakeholders to determine the best support solution for a customer or platformLead project teams of around 1 to 5 peopleJob RequirementsDesirable ExperienceWe are looking for candidates with a range of skills and experience, but we're also keen to help people grow and develop in this role.
