Day rate: £500 per day, depending on experience
Commitment: Typically c.4 weeks per bid, with variable demand
Location: UK based, remote/hybrid, with occasional in person workshops

OverviewWe are building our associate talent pool to support a growing pipeline of UK bids across the education and government services markets. We are keen to connect with experienced Bid and Solution Leads who enjoy shaping high quality, evidence based responses and influencing how complex programmes are designed and delivered.
In this role, you will own the strategic thinking behind priority bids-framing the problem, developing compelling win themes, shaping the delivery methodology, and translating Etio's evidence led expertise into a clear, persuasive proposition.
You will work closely with the Head of Business Development, Business Development Director, and UK Managing Director, alongside named subject matter experts from across Etio and our partner network.
