Job Role: Technical Support Specialist in Cookstown. Our client in Cookstown currently requires a Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Hours of work: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer technical support via phone, email, and CRM
- Configure and maintain CCTV and detection systems remotely
- Support site upgrades and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and system records
- Assist with ongoing technical improvements and projects
Requirements
- IT knowledge or qualification (networking/port forwarding preferred)
- Experience in technical or customer support desirable
- CCTV or security systems knowledge an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
