We are seeking a detail-focused and proactive Tester to join our Digital Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality digital solutions that support how we work and serve our communities.

You will be part of a collaborative programme team, helping to ensure new systems and tools are reliable, user-friendly, and ready for launch. This includes supporting major initiatives such as the implementation of a new CRM system.

About the role

As a Tester, you will support the delivery of robust and effective digital systems by carrying out testing activities across a range of platforms.

  • Support testing of systems such as CRM, SharePoint and other digital tools
  • Design and execute test cases to ensure systems meet requirements
  • Work closely with project teams to understand needs and identify issues
  • Record, track and help resolve defects and system issues
  • Support user testing and gather feedback to improve solutions
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality across digital services

This role offers a mix of hands on testing and collaboration, giving you the opportunity to influence the quality of key digital projects.
