Marketing & Business Development Manager, Europe

Blue Legal are partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their European team, based in London. This role will focus on supporting partners across Europe, coordinating with multiple offices, and delivering marketing and business development initiatives with international relevance. The position will be central to driving the firm's growth strategy and enhancing client relationships across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Work with partners to develop and implement marketing and business development plans across European offices.
  • Support key client account planning, client listening programmes, and targeted client development initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the production of pitch documents, proposals, capability statements, and other marketing materials.
  • Plan, organise, and support events, seminars, webinars, and conferences, including invitations, attendance, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain and contribute to business development infrastructure, including CRM systems, intranet, and marketing content.
  • Track and facilitate inward and outward referrals across European offices, supporting network growth and integration.
  • Assist with the embedding of new laterals, ensuring their capabilities are understood internally and externally.
Candidate
  • 5-15 years' experience in marketing and business development within a professional services or law firm environment.
  • Professional fluency in French (written and spoken) and experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects while building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
