Senior Business Development Executive (Disputes)

Blue Legal is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Senior Business Development Executive for their London office. This role supports the Disputes Practice Group with a focus on Employment and works with large corporates across multiple sectors on high-profile, precedent setting cases.

Responsibilities
  • Support the identification and targeting of prospective clients and strengthen existing client relationships through key account management.
  • Develop persuasive proposals to win new business opportunities.
  • Plan, organise, and support seminars, webinars, and client events, including tracking and reporting on ROI.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Lead and support the development and delivery of business development campaigns.
  • Maintain and contribute to business development infrastructure, including standard pitch materials, credentials databases, and CRM systems.
  • Provide guidance and support in preparing submissions for directories and industry awards.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a legal / professional services environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to engage with and manage internal stakeholders across practice groups and within the wider business development function.
  • Relevant experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high profile relevant Association or Agency.
