Blue Legal is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Senior Business Development Executive for their London office. This role supports the Disputes Practice Group with a focus on Employment and works with large corporates across multiple sectors on high-profile, precedent setting cases.
Responsibilities
- Support the identification and targeting of prospective clients and strengthen existing client relationships through key account management.
- Develop persuasive proposals to win new business opportunities.
- Plan, organise, and support seminars, webinars, and client events, including tracking and reporting on ROI.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Lead and support the development and delivery of business development campaigns.
- Maintain and contribute to business development infrastructure, including standard pitch materials, credentials databases, and CRM systems.
- Provide guidance and support in preparing submissions for directories and industry awards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a legal / professional services environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to engage with and manage internal stakeholders across practice groups and within the wider business development function.
- Relevant experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high profile relevant Association or Agency.
