A well-established national organisation is looking for an IT Support Analyst - 1st Line to join its support team based in Inverness.
This is a varied and fast-paced role providing first-line technical support across a multi-site business environment.
Responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries, triaging and prioritising incoming issues, and providing first-line technical support across hardware, software and internal systems.
Experience with remote support tools and basic networking concepts would be advantageous.
