MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established Northern Ireland organisation to recruit a Software Developer with experience in Proclaim to join their growing internal technology team.This is a newly created role and this hire will play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves moving forward.You'll join a collaborative IT function made up of software developers and dedicated Proclaim specialists, working closely with stakeholders across the business on workflow improvements, integrations, reporting and ongoing system development.This role would suit someone with hands-on Proclaim experience who wants to take ownership in a highly visible position within a stable, long-established business.The RoleConfigure and develop within the Proclaim case management platformDesign and improve workflows, linked actions, templates and screen layoutsBuild and maintain integrations between Proclaim and third-party systemsCreate and schedule Proclaim queries and advanced reportsWork alongside internal developers on wider software improvement projectsSupport system users and provide training where requiredContribute to ongoing migration and integration projects across the businessAssist with troubleshooting, issue investigation and continuous system improvementWhat You'll NeedCommercial experience working with Proclaim at a technical/development levelExperience with screen design, workflows, document templates and reporting within ProclaimStrong backend development experience using C#/.NETExperience working with SQL Server and T-SQLGood understanding of integrations, databases and data structuresStrong communication skills and ability to work closely with end users and stakeholdersAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a wider teamThe PackageSalary ranging from £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experienceHybrid working model30 days annual leavePrivate healthcareGym membershipPensionEmployee Assistance ProgrammeOpportunity to move to a 4-day working week following probation with no reduction in salary
