Looking for a genuinely strong Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security Engineer who wants to work across complex customer environments, influence technical direction, and operate as a trusted technical advisor.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role with a strong focus on:

Microsoft 365 architecture & optimisation

Entra ID & Conditional Access

Intune & Endpoint Management

Microsoft Security stack (Defender/Purview/Sentinel)

Zero Trust & secure design principles

Tenant remediation & standardisation

Copilot, SharePoint & collaboration tooling

PowerShell & automation

Customer-facing consulting & technical leadership

You'll be:

? Leading complex technical projects & escalations

? Designing secure Microsoft environments

? Improving engineering standards & service quality

? Mentoring engineers & sharing best practice

? Supporting migrations & modern workplace transformations

? Working directly with customers at both business & technical levels

Ideal background:

? Strong Microsoft 365 engineering experience

? Entra ID/Intune/Endpoint Security expertise

? Experience in MSP or multi-customer environments

? Microsoft security tooling experience

? Comfortable leading conversations with customers

? MS102/MD102/SC/AZ certifications highly desirable
