JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creating and executing marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, target audience analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Managing and maintaining the company's brand image, including developing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with customers.
- Creating and executing advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, print, digital, and in-store promotions.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- A master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field or membership of a recognized professional accounting body will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
SALARY
- Annual Salary: £40,500
- Hourly Rate: £20.77 per hour
