IntroductionWe are seeking a Specialist, Capital Order Management to join our NCA Managed Deliveries Team. You will oversee the end to end order delivery process, ensuring customer CNS orders are accurately booked, processed, and delivered on time. Your role coordinates closely with engineering, production, procurement, and logistics to maintain seamless delivery execution, meet service level agreements, and impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Delivery Manager for the NCA Managed Deliveries Team. The position is located primarily in North America (USA, Canada, and Mexico) with flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
Team you belong toYou will join a team of project and order management professionals dedicated to streamlining delivery processes and ensuring operational excellence. The team focuses on optimizing end to end delivery execution, backlog management, supply chain coordination, and enhancing customer satisfaction and service level performance. Collaborating with engineering, production, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams, the team culture emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus. Team members are located in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
