We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to develop and grow our Project Department. The primary role is to develop and grow the Project department through your own portfolio of prospect accounts and utilize the existing database to achieve sales targets and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of account strategies. This position will require the individual to work with senior level management. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description since it is the manager's responsibility to develop pipelines of new business coming into the company.
