ICT Senior Officer (Microsoft 365 & Cloud Resilience)

Waverley Court

Salary: £40,501 - £47,639

Hours: 36 per week

Overview

The role is hands on and operational, supporting the configuration, administration and ongoing management of backup and recovery solutions for Microsoft 365 and related cloud platforms, alongside day to day systems administration and support activities. The role works closely with other Microsoft 365 specialists to ensure data protection arrangements align with information governance, security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Support configuration, administration, and ongoing management of backup and recovery solutions for Microsoft 365 and related cloud platforms.
  • Manage Intune, Teams, Security, Power Platform and Message Centre admin portals.
  • Deliver day to day systems administration, support and project activities with M365 and associated cloud services.
  • Plan and implement disaster recovery, business continuity and ICT resilience strategies.
  • Collaborate with other Microsoft 365 and security specialists to maintain data protection and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant subject or alternative relevant experience.
  • Experience with Azure and other hyperscaler services.
  • Experience in disaster recovery, business continuity planning and implementation.
Skills
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and innovate solutions to digital challenges.
  • Comfortable presenting and building effective collaborative relationships.
