Job Summary

The Technical Support Analyst will deliver first- and second-line support, resolve hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, networking knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via help desk channels for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot problems across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
  • Resolve LAN, VPN, and firewall connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals
  • Manage tickets using BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or Jira
  • Assist with network troubleshooting (LAN setups, switches, routers, wireless access points)
  • Collaborate with IT teams to elevate complex problems
  • Maintain documentation of issues and solutions to improve support processes
  • Communicate technical information clearly and professionally to end-users
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with LAN, VPNs, firewalls, and related security measures
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and hardware maintenance
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Relevant certifications (Cisco CCNA, CompTIA, ITIL) desirable but not essential
