The Role

As a Senior Technical Architect, you'll be responsible for designing end to end solutions across enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and industry best practices.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to guide technical direction and influence key architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own solution architecture across projects and programmes
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical designs
  • Provide technical leadership across engineering teams
  • Ensure architecture aligns with governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Support delivery teams with guidance throughout the development lifecycle
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non technical stakeholders
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior/Lead Engineer stepping up
  • Strong background across modern architecture patterns (cloud first, microservices, APIs)
  • Experience working with enterprise level systems and integrations
  • Deep understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
  • Experience within regulated or complex environments is advantageous
