This consulting opportunity is for a business solutions architect to support our client, a leading consumer electronics organisation, in developing and scaling AI-powered internal platform tools for business operations, including partner management, reporting, analytics, and process automation. The project focuses on improving operational efficiency through automation, AI tooling, and scalable platform development.
The project needs a consultant who has:
- strong software engineering and AI development capability
- ability to bridge the gap between engineering and business functions
- experience designing scalable automation and data processing solutions
- ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- strong stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Key Services
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- designing and deploying AI-powered operational tools and automation solutions
- collaborating with business and operations stakeholders to prioritise AI use cases
- act as a product developer and owner from concept to rollout - defining requirements, developing proofs of concept, collecting feedback, and iterating solutions.
- developing scalable data processing and reporting platforms
- integrating third-party tools and automation platforms into existing environments
- supporting governance, documentation, and platform reliability activities.
Mandatory Requirements
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- experience building and deploying business solutions at scale
- experience with modern AI architectures, including retrieval augmented generation and tool use
- ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- strong product development mindset with experience translating business requirements into scalable solutions
- strong Python development capability within production environments.
Optional Requirements
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- experience within business operations, payments, fintech, or financial services
- experience developing CRM, reporting, or dashboard platforms
- familiarity with workflow orchestration, automation frameworks, and enterprise AI assistants.
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week, Tues-Thurs, in the client's South London Office)
