ROLE: Workshop Based Engineer
HOURS: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30)
LOCATION: West Portway Industrial Estate, Andover

We're looking for a Workshop Based Engineer who will play a key role in maintaining and improving the reliability, performance, and compliance of specialist workshop and mobile processing equipment within our SludgeTEK business.
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair of SludgeTEK workshop equipment and associated assets
- Undertake servicing, fault finding, and repair of mobile and static processing equipment within the Andover workshop
- Work in line with company procedures, industry standards, and all health & safety requirements
- Support and oversee subcontract labour to ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Complete accurate work reports and documentation using company systems, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent formal training in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with industrial installation and control systems, including PLC or microprocessor based systems
- Knowledge of motor control methods such as Star/Delta starters and inverter drives (up to 130kW)
- Experience within water, utilities, or process/manufacturing environments (desirable)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
