IT Project Manager - Must have Office Fit-Outs / Relocations£550 per day (Umbrella)Central London (Near Soho) - 4 days onsite / 1 day remote6-month contract (initial) We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in office fit-out, relocation and workplace technology delivery to support a high-profile programme in Central London. This role is not a generic IT PM position - we are specifically looking for someone who has delivered end-to-end IT infrastructure for office moves, refurbishments or new office builds.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of IT workstreams for office fit-outs, relocations and workspace transformations
• Oversee deployment of network, AV, end-user computing and collaboration technologies
• Manage third-party vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure successful delivery from design through to go-live and BAU handover
• Coordinate across IT, facilities, construction and business teams
• Drive timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies across complex programmes

Key Requirements (Essential):

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering office relocations / fit-outs
• Strong background in IT infrastructure and digital workplace environments
• Experience with:
  • Network (LAN/WAN/WiFi) deployments
  • AV / meeting room technology
  • End-user computing / M365 / collaboration tools
• Comfortable working alongside estates, construction and facilities teams
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior business leadership
• Experience managing multiple vendors and delivery partners

Desirable

• Experience in large corporate or enterprise environments
• Familiar with structured cabling, smart office tech or workplace transformation programmes
• PRINCE2, ITIL or Agile certifications
