Providing good problem structuring and solving skills across complex multi-layered environments and able to work with either vendor or tenant teams to resolve. Maintain, configure, and validate your Kubernetes Hybrid Cloud Platform development changes across Development, Test and Live environments. Providing consultancy to LSEG colleagues who want to deploy their application on to the new platform and help them to onboard as a tenant. Speak to the platform architects / product owners, articulating the impact of any current business challenges, issues, or new feature requirements in the container platform networking space. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Real-life (and not theoretical) experience and a real willingness to learn or rapidly grow their skills and capabilities. Ability to present to senior management level in fluent business-level English. Proven enterprise Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native network engineering experience on large production environments Strong hands-on experience ideally including EKS Kubernetes and Cilium based CNI based skills. Knowledge around Kubernetes pipeline driven deployments and automated testing. Recent Linux experience, particularly around Ubuntu. Experience around monitoring / troubleshooting full-stack platforms particularly Linux based systems and latency or performance optimised applications. IP routing and network service knowledge. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. Working knowledge of Git based pipelines and coding concepts / approaches.
