What you'll be doing:
- Providing first line support for all IT related issues via Slack, Email, Tickets, or in person.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for employees across the business, with a main focus on warehouse technologies.
- Providing training and support to end users to ensure they are confident with our internal tools.
- Managing asset tooling, ensuring our asset management platform is kept accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining the knowledge base by creating and updating articles to empower self service support.
- Collaborating with IT staff and cross functional engineering squads to resolve high level technical blockers.
- Supporting printing of greeting cards and leaflets where required.
- Staying up to date on new technologies and industry best practices to improve our internal systems.
- Travelling every other month to another site via car.

It would be great if you also have
- 1 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer first service mindset.
