Agile Delivery Manager

Remote (May require occasional travel to Edinburgh)

£600-750 p/d

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing an initiative aimed at enhancing customer experience. This involves overseeing multiple parallel work streams to ensure seamless integration of various systems through the implementation of agile methodologies. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Agile frameworks, and a deep understanding of digital transformation efforts.

Main Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Lead Agile project delivery for cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure alignment of project goals with organisational objectives.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster team collaboration.

  • Monitor project progress and mitigate risks effectively.

  • Engage stakeholders for feedback and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain and track project documentation and reporting.

  • Customize agile practices to suit team needs.

  • Drive a culture of accountability and high performance.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience with digital transformation projects.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in project management tools.

  • Experience in the financial services industry.

  • Familiarity with API integrations and system architecture.
