What You'll Be DoingOn a day to day basis you will be dealing with all aspects of operational contacts with internal and external stakeholders for the business. You will manage the operations reception desk, handle deliveries and collections, liaise with the warehouse to obtain timely unload information, respond to emails and calls, coordinate with publishers, printers and suppliers to book shipments and process manifests, and keep daily KPIs, discrepancies and non conformances up to date.
