Lead a cross functional product triad to revolutionise social care through technology. As a hands on Tech Lead, you will spend 70% of your time writing production code and 30% mentoring developers. What you will do
- Write production code across the full stack including Ruby on Rails, PHP (Symfony), Vue.js/TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure.
- Lead a product triad alongside a Product Owner and Designer, owning technical delivery and architectural decisions for your team's domain.
- Mentor and develop three direct reports through regular pair programming, code reviews, and career growth planning.
The ideal candidate
- Extensive professional experience in object oriented development, particularly with backgrounds in Ruby, Java, or C#.
- Proven track record of leading technical delivery and managing the technical risks of long lived, scalable SaaS systems.
- Strong product engineering mindset with a focus on observability, CI/CD pipelines, and designing for long term maintainability.
