Job Title: Citizen Sliding Head CNC Programmer or Setter Operator
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: 38hrs per week - Mon-Thurs 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:00-13:00 (flexible if required)
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 DOE + overtime at 1.5x

A leading precision engineering company is looking for a skilled Citizen Sliding Head CNC Programmer or Setter Operator to join their Tunbridge Wells team. The business supplies high-quality components to sectors including automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate Citizen sliding head CNC lathes.
- Produce precision components to exact specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production records.Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe working environment.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience on Citizen sliding head machines.
- Ability to program or set jobs efficiently.
- Strong understanding of precision engineering and tight tolerances.
- Commitment to quality and safety standards.
