About the Role
This is a hands on ecommerce role with real breadth. You'll own the day to day operation of four global Shopify storefronts - keeping content, pricing, and merchandising accurate and commercially sharp across the UK, US, EU, and ROW. From coordinating product launches end to end to managing product data integrity across our PIM and downstream channels, you'll keep the site running smoothly and trading well. You'll also own QA testing for every deployment that goes live, working closely with our development and creative partners to maintain quality across all storefronts.
As Mous grows internationally, you'll play an active role in the localisation and launch of new European markets - coordinating translation, pricing, and regional content across territories. You'll work with the Ecommerce Manager and a fellow Ecommerce Executive, and act as a key point of contact for trading, marketing, and marketplace teams who depend on you for timely launches and an accurate, well maintained site.
The role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall). You'll work on site from Monday to Thursday, with Friday being an optional work from home day. Normal working hours will be 10:00 am - 7:00 pm PKT.
About You
You're a good fit if you have 2 5 years of experience in an ecommerce, digital trading, or marketplace role (ideally at a consumer brand or DTC retailer), you know what it takes to keep a site running well and get launches over the line on time, you're comfortable in Shopify, confident managing product data, and don't need a developer for front end updates. Tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Trello feel second nature to you and you close loops quickly.
You're organised, analytically minded, and a clear communicator who stays calm under pressure. You care about details, flag problems early, and take pride in a well run site. A genuine passion for DTC brands and a desire to be part of a fast moving, proper doing team will get you along.
